Hey kids,
I'm a fellow Ultimate player looking to start up a summer league starting in early June and going into late July. I'm looking to see if I can get any interest first, nothing is definite yet. I'm shooting for six teams at the very least, and, so far anyway, this is how it's going to be set up:
-7 player minimum, 14 max on your roster, minimum of two girls per team.
-Minimum age is 16 years
-Cost per team is around $50 to cover field expenses and other league costs
-We'll probably play in West Winfield, NY in the park (not definite yet, and I'll give directions when/if needed)
-Fields will *hopefully* be regulation size depending on space (120x40, with 25 yard endzones)
-Scores will be recorded at end of every game and put towards finals bracket ceding with a prize for the Champion.
-Food and water will NOT be supplied, coaches or captains will have to bring their own
I can't think of anything else at the moment but let me know if you're interested. And if any of you could spread the word to your New Yorkian Frisbee Friends it would be greatly appreciated.
