Some call them cleats, others call them boots and many just call them shoes.  Whatever you call them, which brand do you wear and why do you like them?

Not listed?  Choose "Other" and tell us the brand.

Cheers!

I bought a pair of Adidas cleats before the last season and I could not be happier with them.  I have extremely skinny feet so I was worried they wouldn't fit, but once I broke them in after a couple weeks they've been amazing.  It was also a small bonus that they were relatively inexpensive, almost half of what some of the Nike's were.

When it's not a serious game I sometimes wear my Vibram Five Fingers KSO's because I enjoy running in them and they've helped my knees a lot.  Very little traction so I have to pay attention to my cuts more, but if it's not an intense game I've found they're better on my knees and ankles, but then again I'm also not as young as I used to be.

Oh!  I love my Vibram Five Finger KSOs wwwake.  They are the best!  I've never played Ulti in them, but I run and workout in them all the time.  In fact, I rarely ever wear sneakers anymore.

I should give them a try on the Ulti pitch sometime.

As for cleats, I'm a fan of the Nike Mercurial Vapors.  Pricey, but sooooooooo nice.  Smiley

I like unbro pretty well. I never got any blisters from the cleat or red marks. They also lasted a full year before dying. I also thought they were really comfortable.

After a few players recommended the Warrior Burn Speed 2.0, I managed to get my hands on a pair and they're the best I've worn.  They're actually Lacrosse shoes but are perfect for ultimate. Super comfortable, great for cutting and very durable.  Good look finding a pair though.

Those Warrior Burn Speed 2.0 shoes look sweet.

Do you find them more comfortable than the likes of Adidas, Nike or Puma cleats?  They don't look all that different from other cleats I've seen, so I'm just wondering what makes these better.

Here is a link to some more info:

I have a pair of Under Armour cleats.  Every website I go to says they're called the "Youth UA Blur Challenge," but my pair is a size 11...

Anyways, they're sweet.  They're super light, the cleats themselves are kinda rectangle shaped as opposed to round, which, in my opinion, offers better traction for cutting.  And also, they're sexy rexy!

I tried on a few pairs of Lacrosse cleats, and I didn't like the ankle support they gave.  I like being able to bend at my ankle and they wouldn't allow me to do that.

i play with the Nike Super Speed TD 3/4
they are with ankle support.
it's perfect: i can perfectly cut with it and my ankle can move but it's also strong enough to protect me  Grin

Nike is the best brand to go to.  If it is good enough for Jordan it's good enough for me whatever the sport I play.
