hello!
I've started a new business, Ultimate Results, whose purpose is to provide players with sound training and conditioning advice.  I have two areas of focus: throwing instruction/drill design and ultimate specific conditioning. September 4th I'll be offerering my first throwing and drill design clinic.  This clinic is designed with the competitive college captain/coach in mind.  But any captain/coach in college or club will learn somethign new, gauranteed.
