More to the point: my usual off-season is highly dominated by a few months of no ultimate. Then I tend to start some fun hat tournaments, city leagues, the things that will revive my fun in the game

. When that's done (usually winter time) it is back to 2 or more throwing sessions per week, focussing on 1 throw for a couple of sessions (usually 2 weeks of time).
This year, due to a back injury which has been haunting me for a while, I am more into physio and gym activity I guess
