I agree moroney. I heard a lot of those comments being thrown around while attending the WUCC in Perth last year. What amazes me is that these critics can't see that Japan is definitely onto something here. Whether it's the gloves many of them use or the blistering and incessant movement of the disc, the fact is that they absolutely
caned the competition in Perth (w/ Japan taking the Open and Master's division and sweeping the Women's division). I was in complete amazement watching them play. An awesome spectacular to be sure.
BB's results at ECC should prove to those critics that they are definitely a team to be reckoned with. In fact, I personally think that their style of play will significantly change the foundations of the "standard" play we've become used to here in North America. Don't be surprised when you see high school and university teams adopting this new strategy, however you would like to define it.
