In order to post your event information AND add it to the UT calendar, please use the following link:

http://www.ultitalk.com/index.php?action=calendar;sa=post

If you forget to link it to the calendar while posting, you can always do so afterwards.  Simply open your post and scroll to the bottom.  There you will see a Link To Calendar link among the navigation tabs on the bottom left.  Click that and you'll be good to go.
