Anyone have one that shows solid form?  Would espeically be intrested in something online that could be linked to new players, but will take anything.

Good to see there are many initiatives on the throwing front. I have also made some material, which is commercially available. Together with a coach from my club (Reggi) I provide 14 throws and 4 extra clips (throwing related footage) on a DVD. We have used a professional camera crew and voice over to create this DVD, which results in the use of slowmotion, on screen after effects (arrows etc), still shots and multiple camera angles (2 camera angles in split-view, so you can really see what is happening!).

Here's the footage that the DVD offers:

Backhand

    * Flat
    * Inside-out
    * Low release
    * Outside
    * Huck
    * High release

Forehand

    * Flat
    * Inside-out
    * Low release
    * Outside

    * Push pass
    * Hammer
