I love Ultimate shenanigans and have a few fun games to play. Hard to explain though but I will do my best. Lets see how many Ultimate games we have and have not heard of, please read these posts clear so as to not double up on games. These games should be the kind you play solely to have fun and bond with teammates. Please dont get too "drill" focused while posting, post drills somewhere else.

"Flutterguts"- Great 1 on 1 game you can do round robin style for hours.
Each person stands about 10 feet from each other facing each other. One person flips the disc to the other-anyway possible(preferably hardest to catch but still within reach).
You can catch it anyway you want but you can not-trap it to any point of your body, or touch the disc with two hands at any point.
A stick catch(non-bobble) is worth 2 points, a bobbled catch is worth 1. You can play to anything you want, we usually go to 15. You can use either hand and move anywhere, but you can not use both hands at the same time.... Make sense??

"In and Out Box"- Great game for intensity and laying out, skying opportunities.(Variation of the classic 500 game)
A small box is created using cones, shoes, etc. forcing everyone to be extremely close to each other, (think crowded bus, mosh pit).
Everyone faces the thrower and each persons goal is to catch the disc three times in the game and become the thrower, but wait just a second...it gets tricky.
During the course of the game the players in the box can move anywhere on the field to grab a disc after it is thrown in the air, they are not limited to the "box". The box is only to keep players "designated" and to make sure they start out in very close proximity from each other.
If anyone in the "box" makes a move to the disc (including the slightest flinch or head nod, it his his job to catch the disc). If he comes up short, he is now considered out of the box, and stands one step out of the box to the left or right of it. If no one catches the disc then each person who moved is now out of the box. Once you are out you have some key opportunities. You can continue try to catch the disc, but each time you attempt and dont, you take one more step out, away from the box. But if you do catch the disc while in the "out" position, then you go back in to the box and resume play as normal.
If you catch the disc three times inside the "box" with out being "out" then you become the thrower.  Anytime you get "out" your catch total goes down to 0, and you have to restart and go back to 3.
Thrower: the thrower can make or break this game, fun throws, floaties, hammers, blades can make this game great as you can cause people to flinch by blading it at them or trying to hit them with a hard throw. Making short throws and faking out the players is also a fun thing to do. Variation makes a good thrower fun for the players....make sense??

Nice post evanhp.  Ok, here are some of the disc games I like to play:

Goaltimate

Goaltimate is a half-court disc game derived from ultimate, similar to hot box. The object is to score points by throwing a flying disc to a teammate in a small scoring area, through a large semicircular hoop, called the goal. The name is a portmanteau of "goal" and "ultimate".

See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goaltimate and http://www.goaltimate.com/goaltimate.htm for more.

Schtick

Schtick Disc (or simply Schtick) is a limited-contact team sport played with two or more flying discs (Frisbees), and although considered a variant of Ultimate, shares little similarities beyond the use of discs. For instance, Schtick players are permitted to run whilst holding the disc.

See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schtick_(disc_game) and http://www.schtickdisc.org for more.

Double Disc Court

Double Disc Court (or simply DDC) is a little like tennis with frisbees. There are two frisbees in action in the game, and two players on each team, and the main aim is for your team not to be holding both discs at once. The teams stand in square courts of about 13m a side, separated by 17m and throw the frisbees at each other. A team scores a point if the other side drops one of the discs, throws a disc which lands outside the square that they are throwing into, and they score two points (a double) if the other team is touching both discs at once. Scoring is cumulative, to a maximum of two per rally. Game is usually to 15 or 21.

See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double_disc_court#Double_disc_court and http://www.doubledisccourt.com for more.

There are some other games listed on these pages as well:

Tally ho!

Milk
Usually played with a few people grouped in a circle and great to use a newbies Wham-O disc, but any older disc(in which you dont mind getting taco'ed) will work.
You stand in a circle with your legs shoulder width apart. When it is your turn to go you slam the disc down in to the ground and try to catch it upon its return bounce towards you.
If any player in the circle catches the disc with one hand they receive a point...simple. You keep throwing it in to the ground in rotation in attempt to score a point. A fun twist in this game is the ability to zero out another persons points. At any time in the game a player can attempt to throw the disc in between another players legs. If the disc goes through their legs then the player loses all of his points. If the player can not get it through the other players legs then the player who attempted the pass loses all of his points. You can not use your hand to block the "leg pass" only your legs. The game ends when the disc is broken (thats why you use a Wham-O)!
Stick Cup
So anybody want to give a good definition of stick cup?
Ive seen it played plenty of times but never been fortunate enough to be in a game.
I know the concept just not the scoring system or other things.

So in the event to spark some more replies I am going to expand the post topic to any "disc" game.
505 views and 1 reply other than me? Come on guys!

KanJam
2 teams of 2, stand at 2 separate barrels about 50 feet away. Goal is to hit the barrel with the disc, or get in the barrel while using your partner to deflect it in the barrel.
There is also a slit cut in the side of the barrel for bonus points.
5 points in the slit, 2 points for a direct hit, 1 point for a deflector on the outside the barrel by the partner, 3 points for a deflector inside the barrel.
Play exactly to 21, if you go over then you subtract the last throw from the previous score. (i.e: you have 20 and get a direct hit, you now have 18 because 20-the direct hit=18)

Below is the quote from the KanJam site:
A coin toss or similar method can be used to determine which team
throws first. An equal number of turns are played, similar to innings
in baseball. Partners stand at opposite goals, alternating throwing
and deflecting. One partner throws the flying disc and, when
necessary, the other partner redirects it towards or into the goal.
After both partners complete one throw each, the flying disc is
passed to the opposing team. The thrower can score points with
a direct hit or enter the goal. Deflectors cannot double hit, catch,
or carry the disc. Deflectors can move anywhere within the playing
area to redirect the disc, while throwers must stand behind the
goal area to throw. Kan-Jam is fast-paced and play is continuous.

Havent played yet but just ordered a set, anybody have any personal experience?

30 years of playing frisbee sports...so many fun games.

Kan Jam sounds kind of like Honeypot, which is played with a trash can & is a favorite sideline activity in Sarasota every year.

Ultisquash --2 on 2 ultimate on a squash court -- is a popular winter activity for club players in Philly & I believe it's spread to Wisconsin & other places now. awesome workout. Very physical, lots of posting up as in hoops.

Durango boot --my all-time favorite substitute for pickup when only 6-8 players show up. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Durango_boot
