Title: Victoria
Post by: Drag on May 24, 2007, 02:24:10 AM
I am suprised each state doesnt have its own topic/post board. its good to chat to those in your state and could definantly make organising things alot easier.

On to why i created this post..

Was seeing if any one wanted to play some Beach ultimate on the weekend, or any ultimate for that matter. It is set to be sunny, not all that hot (high teens), but we run around at night so i dont see how the weather would turn people off.

Well...it's safe to say you Aussies are the major contributors of UT at the moment.

Would you like me to create sub-boards for each Aussie state?

 ???

Nah not really. We've got the APL thread for Victorian ultimate, and the Queenslanders seem to be above discussing their local scene  :P

Pfft we are above Australian Ultimate in general!

Personally I don't think there is enough activity to warrant it, and I don't there is any real need for it - like what additional conversation would having sub forums bring to UT that can't be just placed in the general Australian section?

I see your point chris, but take a look at north american, europe and others, and see the activity in them, i think the state ones would have a lot more activity then all of them put together.

Seppo, i know that advertising UT on yahoo has made a ruckess, but it has made this forum noticed in AUS. Whats happening in other countries??

I like how the main reason i created this post
