Biography: Playing in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo, which is where I first got to know the game of Ultimate.  Thought I was pretty OK until my first tournament, where we got trashed and I couldn't walk for 2 days.  After that the passion really flared, and now I'm a full blown Ultimate geek who gets really excited whenever I talk to people about the game.

Oh, and I'm a Web Content Developer by day.
Ultimate Frisbee Experience: First learned how to play in October 2007.
Then attended the Malaysian Ultimate Open in 2008. Lost all games (but scored at least 1 point in every game), but our team, Borneo Bristleheads, won the Spirit Award.
In August 2008, or around there, played as part of Satu Lagi in the Singapore Open. Learned a lot.
In 2009 attended a small local tournament, the Inti Open in Kuala Lumpur  (won 4 of 5 games), and then the Singapore Open 2009 again (won some lost some, great experience with essentially a pickup team).
2010 started off with the Bangkok Hat.
Recently we organised our own local, 1-day, hat tournament, the Headhunters Hat.
Other than that, I play 3 times a week. 2 days on the beach under flood lights with varying conditions depending on the tide, and on Sundays on a proper, usually standard sized field.  Our pool of local players are small so our level of play is pretty low. We embrace travellers who play with us and up our level.
