just looking at the number of teams that finished in the top 8 that would have been in the bottom division i think that shows that the competition would be impossible for us to seed. However i liked the 12 games in the week this year, granted i handled all week, but i think you got to go with smaller pools.

12 games is rediculous - 10 games IMHO is too many. I personally think that 7 - 8 would be the ideal. Obviously what is really needed in an event like AUGs where seeds can be a little hit and miss is cross over games which would be brought about by smaller pools.

Though that said I think for the three years that I have been playing AUGs the consistancy amoungst teams is improving and whilst there are always going to be superstars who presence make a big difference I think most uni (especially the bigger ones) and developing fairly solid core sqauds. So hopefully in future years using previous years results won't be too far from an accurate seed at least at the top end of the competition.
