Hey everyone, Ive been thinking about zone defenses and how, for a lot of teams, they seem to break down when the opponent approaches the endzone.  However, a few years back, at the largest indoor tournament in Europe [Lord Novgorod], I noticed a few of the top teams transitioning from normal zone defenses, or even man defenses, into a solid endzone defense.

I know the differences between indoor and outdoor, but I was thinking, why couldnt an endzone defense be applied to outdoor play as well?  My initial concept was to transition from a 3-3-1 zone defense into a 2-3-2 zone defense.  Two people on the mark, three playing a solid line on the endzone line itself, and the final two pinching up in the holes of the "3" and covering the back corners as well.

Thoughts, suggestions?
