Hi, I know this has been asked before, but usually for an indoor game.
I'm playing/coaching a mixed 5's outdoor team and am curious if any there are any suggestions as to the best way to run a zone. We tried a 1-3-1 the other night, trying both a both a side and straight up force.
I've seen a box D suggested, where you put 2 up on the disk, 2 mid and one deep. Anyone have any experience with this D? Other suggestions are more then then welcome too, thanks.
