This happened a week or so ago. My team mate was marking a right handed thrower, forcing forehand. This thrower seemed to be a little less experienced, so when they tried to break the mark, they pivoted and did a 180 away from the mark (so now they're looking over their right shoulder down the field) and straight into a backhand on the break side. The throw was wild and the throwers arm flung around and hit my team mate pretty hard in the right arm.
I know that if the mark is stationary then its a foul on the thrower. And if they're going for the same space its a foul on the marker. But my problem is that the thrower was out of control. Even if the mark was moving to block i feel there should be some rule against that?
By the way we called foul, they didn't like it, we replayed the point.... but still... is there a rule covering that?
