Its less then 3 months to nationals and no tournaments have been announced (aside from the official afda ones)

Has NUFL scared away all the TDs?

Well you're the TD of the year Tommy Boy! Im sure you can handle the load. I'd like around 20 tournies. Most of them in melbourne if its convenient...

haha hope BDO was everything you'd hoped it to be.

I'd host tournaments in B-Town every weekend, Andy, you know I would.

However Wood would look it off simply because I'm running it, and subsequently no one else would come.

I'd still get drunk, though.

Bathurst are trying their hand at running a tourney this year!!

Also, we know it's on Mothers Day, but any mothers who attend will get complementary award winning Winburndale wine, cheese/dips/bikkies and hugs from all!
Do you want to play some awesome Ultimate against teams of the same level from universities and town teams??
Do you want to see what is just on the other side of the mountains???
Here’s the tournament for you!!!

The Ultimate Stampede 12th and 13th of May

Held in Bathurst, just on the other side of the Mountains, an easy 3 hour drive from Sydney, Canberra and Dubbo and a little bit further from places a little further away. You can easily catch public transport from most towns and if this is the case, let us know and we’ll pick you up from the train station!!!

Saturday is a team tourney, Sunday a hat tourney

COST: $35p.p. for both days $20p.p. for one day.
This includes full lunches for both Saturday and Sunday, Sunday breakfast, entry to Saturday night party, prizes, AFDA Fees, and surprises…

The Bathurst B&S Ball, will be held on the Saturday night in the CSU Unibar so ONLY ultimate partying players will be allowed in. Dress code is op shop formal. A boat race will be held at the party so nominate and register your 4 racers to represent your team. Racers must register before the night and only the nominated 4 may race. CSU’s very own Studio 4 will be providing some top-shelf music to dance to, or whatever to get you up on the dance floor, all night long. More about the party maybe announced at a later date, or we’ll keep it a secret to surprise you all!!

Accommodation is available all over town whether you wish to be near the party or the fields or out in the middle of no where! (check the website for a spreadsheet of accommodation)

If you want to a cheap sleep on the 1 and only Mount Panorama, contact Bozza ([email protected]) with your numbers by 3rd April. He’ll do a group booking into the Bathurst Goldfields, 20 rooms available, 4 people per room = 80 people in the same place!! Goldfields - $95 per room (4 people in a room that’s just $23.95each), although still in negotiations to get it cheaper

If you are unable to find a team but you really want to see what is on the other side of the mountains then register yourself on to the Saturday pick-up team, we’ll put you into a team for Sunday.

Even if you don’t want to see what is on the other side of the mountains you can come over and show us how your team can party harder then everyone else.

Registration can be done at http://www.afda.com/rego/showcompetition.php?competitionid=259.  For information as to how to pay email Bozza at [email protected] due to needing extra time because of VSU confusion. Entries close 20th April, $50 late fee per team afterwards.

For more information please visit http://www.csufalcons.com/ultimatestampede.htm. If there are any other questions or you just want to say hi email to Bozza at [email protected] OR post a message on the csufalcons.com message board.
