I was reading through the most recent issue of the UPA Ultimate Magazine and came across a very good article about warming up and stretching.  The article was very informative, and talked about the importance of warming up, cooling down and the differences between static stretching and dynamic stretching.

The article was put together by Dr. Jamie Nuwer of InjuryTimeout.Org (http://www.injurytimeout.org).  The Injury Timeout website has some informative articles on common Ultimate Frisbee related injuries and how to prevent them.  Check it out.  It also has a nice video for woman in particular, who according to the video are 5 times more likely to suffer from ACL injuries than men.  Here is the YouTube video:
