Hey Guys and Girls,

Just an update on the shuttle plans for Nats.

Instead of running a shuttle from the CBD we are now running two shuttles from the nearby Shenton Park train station.

Shenton Park is located on the Fremantle Train Line. This line runs from Perth-City to Fremantle and stops at all the hot spots in Perth (Subiaco, Fremantle, Cottesloe, and the City!). This train runs every 15 minutes during the day will cost around $2 per person. Shenton Park is about 10 minutes from Perth-City train station. Shenton Park is approx 5 minutes from the fields. With this new plan we will be able to access players staying in different parts of the city, rather than just players staying in the CBD.

The shuttle will run from Shenton Park 1.5 hours before the first game and continue till the start of the second game. There will be two shuttles and they will run continously during these times. The shuttles will also run at the end of the day.

I know this new plan will benifit everybody.

Rod, why dont you make pick up in Claremont? The morning express trains skip Shenton Park in some patterns whereas Claremont is a set stop on all patterns?

That will ensure that people dont end up in Freo after getting on the wrong ride.
